We made this website due to the simple fact there is a lack of information and resources available on what is still the most popular card game played in the UK. Obviously to have made this site I am a keen 3 card brag player and have been for many years. I spent most of my teenage years surrounded by the great and good playing in smoke filled rooms at 4am most weekends.

I love the game and am annoyed to see it brushed under the carpet a bit since the poker explosion in 2003, I can now see the end to the poker boom as more and more players who are just “gamblers” fall out with the game that does require skill to be good. These players may now be looking for something else to play and what better than the game in which most poker players and gamblers started with 3 Card brag.

Poker has slowed down now and although there are still millions of players around the World numbers at large events such as the World Series of Poker, GUKPT, Auzzie Millions and more have fallen. this could be due to the credit crunch we are hearing so much about, but it could also be due to the fact that people get bored and look for new things, was poker a phase?

Brag is played across the World in many forms and is still the most popular game in the UK, Australia and India where it’s known as teen patti. So why are there no sites where you can play brag online?

I have no idea, there is a market and i have been actively seeking to get the game developed whilst advising existing poker rooms to introduce the game with mixed response. I for one know i would play would you?

A few years ago a few sites were launched for the Indian market and seemed to be doing well, whether through bad management or lack of funds they seemed to just disappear along with as far as i can make out players money. I would strongly advise against playing cards in any form at a site which is not trusted.

I play a lot of online poker and to be fair i do really well, i could do it for a living if i had the patience. All forms of poker are good by me as once your a card player, your always a card player!
